There is so much t learn, but there is a way to get there. DO NOT BE AFRAID. I enjoyed the article about starting. I think it is sometimes easier to make an excuse than to begin, so here goes...Everyone starts somewhere. IF you make and investment and trust yourself, you can learn as well.
I hope to keep rambling away here is cyberspace and not be afraid!
If only we can get our students to believe it is OK to make mistakes...it is about the process not the grade/standard.
ReplyDeleteI agree, everyone needs to start somewhere...
ReplyDeleteI believe we need to model risk-taking and that failure results in growth. Taking risks can sometimes be hard to do and admitting to failure is sometimes seen as a deficit. Setting the stage within your school community that taking risks, with failure and/or success, is the path to building a school community that is willing to step outside of the box and possibly become a model school who can share insight with other professional from all communities in which learning takes place.
